i should seriously be consistent on updating my blog. but oh well.hehe.happy new year to all.

4. made many many more gossip buddies! woot!

I've also learn how to....
1. criticize building designs even i haven't designed one
2. bullshit the crap out of architecture, hopefully to get an A
3. avoid cutting my fingers with the blade
4. stare at the tiles wondering what material is it made of (yes stupid i know...)

I get annoyed when I tell ppl i'm in architecture, and their responds...
1. "YOU CAN DRAW AH?"
2. "architecture damn easy one right, draw only ma.."
3. "wah damn long way more for you man" (hell of course i know that...u dont have to tell me...)

see! ITS ALL ABOUT ARCHITECTURE. damn it.

Yesterday, 18th July, 7 of us went to walk on the Broga Hill at Semenyih. And the 7 of us were. . . . .

(all of us burst to laughter!!!)
I haven't even finish my question! he's been hearing us all the time! HAHAHA!

so we started our journey at 5.28pm.

THIS is A LOT harder. Didn't take pictures on the way because it is very steep and we had to hold on to the leaves on the ground to get up there.

Reached the 3rd stop at about 6.30. All we did up there was. . . . . .

Hanged out over there for about 1 hour, waiting for sunset.

At about 7.30 pm we decided to walk back. On the way back, we took an alternative way,WHICH WAS STEEPER compared to the way we used to walked up.

We had to hold on to the roots on the ground so that we dont slide down too fast.I thought that this is the most fun part, its really scary!

...and fantasized with it. =/

Due to our over-superstitiousness, we didn't bring the sword back because people said that we aren't suppose to take back anything from the jungle. Plus, we were also told not to call names in the jungle, therefore we decided to shout PEACHES,BANANA or WATERMELON in case of any emergency. HAHA!

before we head home, we just can't get enough of taking pictures XD

Overall the adventure was great! If you ever planned to go, just remember to bring lots and lots of water, and some light food as well!

The title says it all..

but before I begin--RIP MICHAEL JACKSON......

Today was the last day of semester one for my bachelor architecture course, and also the final presentation, which I think its one of the best design i've done so far compared to the first two which i hated it so much i tore it down the moment i went home. trust me, you have totally NO IDEA how much work we have, how many midnight oils we've burnt.....

but it is all worth it once we've done it well =D

overall it went well, but nobody had the time to take pictures of other ppl's model, probably nervous just because its a final presentation that costs 50% of final marks.

most of my classmates had panda eyes because they spent about 2-3 sleepless night finishing their work, portfolios and models but I think it was worth it as well for them.

So, after the whole damn presentation....13 of us went to watch Transformers,, and i got to say IT IS DAMN AWEEEEEESOME! MEGAN FOX IS DAMN BLOOOODY HOT!!!!! ok i may sound a bit lesbo here..but I had a friend CHUI NEE had a more extreme reaction that you definitely dont wanna know!

hmm well, overall my first sem was good. The best part is that I've made many many friends about 50-60 of them, which took me a while to remember all their names, can't even remember one or two now still =.= and had quite a number of good friends, and these were the friends that are always there to support u no matter wat shit happens, no matter how shitty u are, and no matter how heavy the work load is..so yeah, quite looking forward to the next sem, more work to come! sigh...

Model Making...

It's definitely one of the craziest thing I have ever done. If you think you've done the craziest thing, wait till u join architecture!

Haha! Firstly, we had to make models from the plan we have drawn. Thank god its a group work, could have died long time ago if it was individual. My group is an all-girl's group, consisting me, Hsien, Chui Nee, PingXin and Tzi Li, and we named our group "chocolate peanut butter waffles"...chui nee's idea =.= So our submission was today at 3pm, all we did during the weekend until tuesday was THIS model. We thought we could finish on Tuesday evening, BUT, we only manage to fnish at 5am! Which means I stayed at college until 5am! We walked out of the college at 5am! Just when we thought 5am is late, we realize its actaully very early! The coffee shop next door just opened to begin their business for the day, the birds start chirping. . . .

Ok so we divided ourselves to do different parts, I volunteered to do the railings.

Its been a crazy week, and crazier ones are yet to come!

Firstly we had Culture & History model making project to submit today. We chose Wells Cathedral of Somerset. Ryan, Shee Ling and me only started at 2pm yesterday because we redo the whole damn thing, coz our previous work was a total disaster! And to our surprise, we manage to finish everything in one night..

Section was completed in 2.5 hours, plan in 12 hours, and elevation in 10 hours.
And the alphabets, dont underestimate them, took us about one hour or so =/
Tho i think we could have done way much better if we planned ahead properly, i think we did a satisfying job. Trust me, the work done by other members are BEYOND GODLIKE!

Just so u know Ryan and Shee Ling are lovebirds, therefore,i'm a lamppost, saya sebatang tiang lampu, 我是一个电灯泡.

Secondly, my model design is accepted! wee...

For those who dont know, its the concept and function that matters, not the aesthetic value...

THATS IT! I HAVE ENOUGH OF BALSA WOOD! but i've just gotten enough sleep =S

Thirdly, i got my com back which died 2 weeks ago. Now its like brand new and most importantly UPGRADED..

i'm bored. felt i needed to update this, so i thought of something random.

So, whats the first thing that came in your mind about "photostating, photocopy and scanning" or other similar words? Papers? Documents? Big machine? Something like that right?

To me, its more than just papers and big machines. . . . you'll see why...

My face is often being described(by others) as photostating my brother's face or scanning my brother's face! Here are some examples. . .

Situation 1 ::

Friend said something that pissed me off
Me : SHIT LA WHAT THE HELL !!(with angry face)
Friend : wah, u angry that time look like your brother..

I was at bro's gf's birthday party, which i dont know anyone..so i was just walking around the house, and a random guy stopped me by talking to me..

Me : Er..ya....
Guy: OH! NO WONDER LA! this part same(pointing at the eye area). like photocopy only..
Me : oh.. ha..ha...(walked off)

honestly, i do think we look a bit alike but not till the extend that i PHOTOCOPIED his face!!! such an insult to me =( hahaha!

I'm alive , don't worry.

Well, been very busy for the pass few weeks because of assignments and squash events.

Firstly, we had to submit our daydream space on Monday. Many of us had sleepless nights due to having very little time to do our models, but everything was paid off when some of us had good feedbacks. I said "some of us". Overall it was fun.

Wolfenstein 3D

Wolfenstein 3D, which was invented in 1992,also probably one of the first 3D game, is a video/computer game that's generally regarded as having popularized the first person shooter genre on the PC. Having to play from a first person view, Wolfenstein 3D is a shooting adventure game where you have to face various types of enemies on the way(and shoot them down),collecting health pack and upgrading weapons, searching for secret opening doors,completing missions, killing the big boss before proceeding to the next level etc...

Because of the invention of Wolfenstein 3D, many other games were made by applying the similar concept (Eg. Doom) . Right now at this 21st century, graphics got better and then we have Counter Strike, COD, blablabla....

For those who have no idea what this game is all about, here's what it look like...

So what made me talk about this game, I was packing my stuffs behind my brother and our conversation took place. . .

Bro: Eh, you remember playing this game?
Me : (still packing, not looking) what game?
Bro: You see la!
Me : (turn around) OMG! WAHLAU!! CLASSIC GAMEEEEE WEI!!!!!

Such a prehistoric game as well! So NOSTALGIC!

I remembered so well playing this game when I was 5, its been 15 years! My brother was 11 back then, and now 26!!
And the computer was so upgraded at that time, PENTIUM 1 weih! and also WINDOWS 95! hahahaha!!!

And my intention of posting this is HOW FAST TIME FLIES! We're getting old!!!

It's the third week of college and there's already tons of assignment piling up.

A total of 8 sketches was thrown to us and we had to complete them in 5 days! plus other sketches given a week before, we had to submit a total of 11 sketches!! oh no~~~

Before I start of with anything, I wanna tell you. . . .that JASON MRAZ is very cUtE & sexay..!!!

Nick, Vincent, me, my brother,Aaron and his girlfriend, Monica left Hartamas for Stadium Negara at 6.45pm and arrived approximately 20 minutes later.

When we reach outside of the stadium, there are stalls selling drinks,food and J.Mraz's T-shirt. They are obviously over-charging it! one 100plus for RM3, and one shirt for Rm30!

So, we separate with my brother and Monica because they bought the tickets at a more expensive price. Finally at 7.30pm, we found ourselves a spot, and started camwhoring!

The song I loved MOST was Life is Wonderful as I was totally, completely, entirely mesmerized by his flawless performance. I swear I almost cried listening to his beautiful voice,he sang expressively and everyone could tell he was singing from his heart. And I also loved how he made a medley out of two different songs(Geek in the Pink and something else), it sounded more than just PERFECT that I couldn't tell which part of the song he was singing...woooH! AmaZiNg~!!! InDulGing~~

The performance lasted for about 1 hour 30 mins.

Breaking Through....

It's been almost more than one year since friends and cousins of mine trying to inspire me to start blogging, and there after a few rejections claiming that I was too lazy blog, I finally decided to step out of my shell, and now,writing my very first post. (takes DEEEP breath)

So, why Dustbin-Diaries? Well, it's suppose to be an inside joke between my two besties-Cow and Nick. . . . . . . .

This two monkeys decided to invade my room one day when they came my house. On the way upstairs, I suddenly had a thought about my dustbin, so i dashed upstairs and locked the room, arranged the dustbin while both of them were banging the door outside. Later then i opened the door for them, both curious and suspicious at the same time wondering what is there for me to hide in my room.They searched high and low,wondering and thinking hard, real hard!!and finally i told them :"It's the dustbin, but promise you dont check."

HECK! its nick and cow! Obviously they checked! But i managed to stop them because I said I was going to cry if they did. Alright, so they didn't check and we went out later on. But the fact that WHAT IS IN THE DUSTBIN is bothering them! they started guessing. . . . .breast implant tool-kit, penis add-on tool-kit, YOU NAME IT! even in the cybercafe, their nickname was SECRET DUSTBIN or DUSTBIN DIARIES, something like that..and there you go. . . . .Dustbin-Diaries!

SO, what's in the dustbin??? it remains a mystery. . . . .

This post is specially dedicated to both of them.
